PLANTING FOR POLLINATORS and TURF ALTERNATIVES
Tuesday, March 8, 6:30-8:00 p.m. via Zoom
It’s time to start thinking about how your gardens and yard can become a livelier landscape in which pollinators will thrive. Join us via Zoom to learn about the current status of our pollinators, what problems are most affecting them and which native plants and turf alternatives are the best for attracting them. Find out how you can have a positive impact!
Speakers – Elaine Evans from the U of M Bee Lab and James Wolfin, Blue Thumb Business Member, Twin Cities Seed Co.
Presentations will be followed by Q&A, so be sure to have your questions ready.
Door Prizes – Attendees who have registered (see below) will be eligible to win one of five $30 gift cards from local native plant garden center Mother Earth Gardens.
To register, email the LEC at firstname.lastname@example.org subject “Register”, by March 6. A meeting link will be emailed to you on March 7.
Before the end of the forum, simply enter your name into the “chat” area and you will be included in the gift card drawing to be held the following day.
